Order Processing Time

Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing. Orders placed before 2:30 PM Pacific Time are typically processed the same business day, unless otherwise noted.
Shipping Services & Delivery Expectations
Shipping timeframes begin after your order has been processed. Processing includes packing your order and generating a shipping label before it is handed off to the carrier.
For example, selecting overnight shipping means delivery occurs one business day after the order has been processed and shipped, not the morning after the order is placed.
Important notes:
Standard overnight services do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Saturday delivery must be selected at checkout if required.

Orders placed on Friday—even if processed the same day—will typically arrive the following Monday, assuming no holidays or carrier delays and if Saturday delivery is not added.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers may not update immediately after carrier pickup, as scans can be delayed. If your tracking initially shows no movement, the carrier is in possession of the package and updates will appear shortly.
We do not have access to tracking information beyond what is provided in your tracking link. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, please contact the carrier directly.

Our Role in Shipping

Pure Alkaloids is not a shipping carrier. Once your order has been packed, labeled, and transferred to the carrier, it is outside of our control. We are not responsible for:
Packages stolen after delivery

Packages lost in transit

Delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other shipping-related circumstances

Lost or Missing Packages

If an issue occurs due to an error on our part (such as packing or labeling mistakes), we will work with you case-by-case to reach a fair resolution.

Please note:

Customers who report repeated or excessive claims of lost or missing items may be restricted or banned to prevent abuse.

While we strive to provide excellent support, we must also protect our business from fraudulent activity.

Liability After Shipment & Fraud Prevention

Once a package leaves our facility or is in the possession of the carrier, Pure Alkaloids is no longer liable for its status, transit progress, or delivery outcome.
Any attempt to cancel an order or initiate a chargeback after shipment will be considered a violation of our Terms of Service and may be treated as attempted fraud. In such cases, Pure Alkaloids  may, at its sole discretion:
Restrict or permanently block purchasing privileges across Pure Alkaloids and affiliated companies

Share fraud-risk information with other businesses, which may result in denied transactions elsewhere

If interactions with Pure Alkaloids  are determined to be fraudulent, extortive, or suspicious, these actions may be taken without prior notice.

SHIPPING METHOD AND RATES

We partner exclusively with trusted carriers to ensure a reliable, stress-free shipping experience for our customers.
Orders under $150 are shipped via FedEx 2-Day service.
Orders over $150 are shipped free overnight via FedEx, when available for your location.
Orders shipped to P.O. boxes will be sent using the fastest available USPS service, as FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
